I reached out to Window World in mid January to get a quote for replacing 9 windows. Our old windows were aluminum, and way past due for replacing. I was able to schedule a quote with Sal immediately, and within less than a month our beautiful new windows are installed! Carlos and his crew were professional and did a great job. From the estimate to installation, Window World is absolutely the best window company we had the pleasure of doing business with. We have used them in two homes and will continue to use them for future projects. Very professional and reasonably priced. Life time warranties will even carry on to any new owners of the home. Found a chip in one corner of my new window a few months after install and they came quickly and replaced it without hesitation.

Replaced 6 vinyl windows, 1 sliding door. Outstanding experience start to finish – WW team was knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent communication throughout. During install last month, they also helped troubleshoot the cause of a prior issue, and implemented a measure to ensure the best outcome.
Originally obtained 6 estimates in 2021. Escalating building supply prices prompted tossing out the highest and waiting to see if prices stabilized. While deliberating the others, friends raved about their new WW installs. The recommendation helped, but 2 key items also supported the decision: 1) Transparent Pricing. WW unit calculations are clearly spelled out for every window option on the estimate (no ambiguity), 2) Value. Preferred WW's product sample and warranty, a nice surprise they were among the most affordable options. So happy with the finished product; colors look richer, more vibrant - outside noise, quieter. What a difference, wish I replaced them sooner!
